Satisfaction ratings

A user that submits a ticket has the opportunity to rate it when they close it. After clicking on the close button, they are prompted to rate their satisfaction.


Once tickets are rated, technicians we'll see ratings appear in the 'recently closed tickets' callout box in their 'my assignments' screen, as depicted in the following picture:

 Ticket ratings are then averaged for each technician making up their Mojo Number.  (Mojo scores are also averaged for each queue).
