Satisfaction ratings


A user that submits a ticket has the opportunity to rate it when they close it. After clicking on the close button, they are prompted to rate their satisfaction.http://mojowiki.metadot.net/__metadot__/image_library/get_image/126338/ratingaction.png

 

Once tickets are rated, technicians we'll see ratings appear in the 'recently closed tickets' callout box in their 'my assignments' screen, as depicted in the following picture:

 Ticket ratings are then averaged for each technician making up their Mojo Number.  (Mojo scores are also averaged for each queue).
