  • What reports are available?

    Basic reports are available:

    • Activity Today: At-a-glance view that shows how many tickets were created today and how many were resolved today.
    • Open Tickets: Breakdown of open tickets by queue and technician.
    • Aging Summary: This table shows the number of open tickets by age range. 
    • All Tickets: Lists every ticket in the helpdesk including solved and closed tickets.
    • Mojo Numbers: Breakdown of Mojo numbers by queue and technician. 
    • Advanced Search: Allows searching by specific criteria such as priority, status, submitted by, etc. and allows the creation of custom ticket lists. 
    • SLA Compliance: Self-defined reports based on assigning/resolving tickets and customer satisfaction ratings. 
    • Time Spent: Various reports on time manually tracked on tickets. 


  • Can I create my own customer report?
    Can I create my very own custom report?
    Yes. Mojo Helpdesk has an easy to use API so you can query your helpdesk by creating a simple Perl, PHP, Java, C sharp or Ruby script. This will give you the exact report you need.
